9/6/11 Four maintenance vehicles were broken into and robbed. Two of the vehicles also had their gas lines cut. 9/7/11 A student was caught with a flask of whiskey on campus. He was referred to the Dean of Student Services. 9/7/11 A student claimed that she was fondled on the bus.
8/31 Someone stole copper wiring out of two of the light poles in Lot 7. 8/31 A group of suspects pushed over someone in the library quad and stole his laptop and iPod. 9/2 A victim had three credit cards stolen out of her purse in the Child Care center.
Police Beat: Oct. 19, 2010 DVC Duck Pond: Police detained a student who was drinking an alcoholic beverage on campus. The student was referred to the office of Bill Oye, dean of student services. Oct. 21, 2010 Financial Aid Office: A student reported that he loaned his cell phone to an unknown student; the cell phone was not returned.
Sept. 22, 2010 Policy Services Lobby: Student workers were approached off campus by another student. Lot 7: A student reported that her vehicle was stolen while it was parked unattended in the lot. There were no witnesses. ATC 114: A student was contacted due to a report that he wanted to do harm to himself.
May 5, 2010 Police Services: A student was arrested by citizen's arrest for battery. The student was also cited for not having complied with sexual registrant laws.
Police Beat: April 30, 2010 Police Services counter A student reported her cell phone was stolen. There were not subjects or witnesses. April 28, 2010 San Ramon Center, Parking lot Traffic accident. No further information is available. Parking lot 1 A student reported that her vehicle was burglarized while it was parked unattended in the lot.
April 15, 2010 DVC Police Services lobby A student reported that her cell phone was stolen two weeks ago. April 13, 2010 Parking lot 3 A student reported that his laptop computer, cell phone and other personal property were stolen. Physical Education Subject reported that he was being harassed by an employee.
December 2, 2009 Parking lot 1 A vehicle was found facing the wrong direction in the lot and was parked in a disabled person drop off zone. The vehicle was cited for the offenses. December 3, 2009 DVC football field/track A student playing soccer during class injured the little finger on his right hand.
November 30, 2009 Humanities Building A student reported his backpack stolen while it was left unattended in the humanities hallway. Total loss reported was $535.00. December 1, 2009 Parking lot 3 A student threatened to break another student's fingers in a dispute over a parking space.
November 23, 2009 Parking lot 4 A student reported a male breaking into a truck while it was parked unattended in the lot. A traffic enforcement stop was conducted. During the stop it was found that the driver was driving without a license. After further investigation, both suspects were arrested for auto burglary and possession of stolen property, and the passenger was detained for an outstanding warrant.
November 17, 2009 Science Circle Staff member reported that his vehicle was vandalized while it was parked unattended in science circle. PAC Lobby Unknown subject(s) burglarized the PAC and stole a flat screen television that was mounted on the wall.
November 12, 2009 Parking lot 9 Golf Club/Old Quarry Rd. A subject was contacted for talking on a cell phone without a hands free device. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver's license had been suspended. The driver was cited, released and advised a licensed driver needed to pick up her vehicle.
Oct. 17, 2009 Women's Restroom in PE Building A staff member reported that money and credit cards were taken from her wallet when her purse was left unattended in the restroom. Oct. 19, 2009 Lot 6 in parking lot A student reported his vehicle was stolen from the lot while he was attending class.
April 30, 2009 DVC Faculty Offices A staff reported that two mailboxes in the faculty offices had been vandalized DVC Science Hill parking area An employee was struck by vehicle while he was attempting to advise the driver that he wasn't in a legal parking space.
